Smokey Banks (Michael Biehn) is a world champion bull rider. But he's spent the past few years messing up his life with drinking and gambling. Now he's been "sentenced" to do community service at the Saguaro Boys Ranch in Arizona for stealing their truck. Since his only other option is jail, Smokey reluctantly agrees to the judge's terms: stay out of trouble and teach Danny O'Neil (Brock Pierce) how to ride a bull.
