Somebody Loves Me

A young boy lives in a lonely, abusive home, victimized by his alcoholic father. The boy is forced to beg on the streets of an apathetic world to support his father's addiction. One night the father beats the boy almost to death and throws him out into the street. The weary boy drags himself though the streets while people just pass by. Finally, exhausted, he settles into a crate in an alley to rest. A girl finds him there, and gives his lonely heart a message of hope: "Jesus loves you." She goes to get help, and while she is gone, he is taken up into the healing arms of the One who loves him.
