Return Policy
At CF Media we offer high-quality VHS tapes and DVDs at competitive prices. We take great care in fulfilling your orders, inspecting each item and packing them carefully to help ensure your satisfaction. Occasionally however, items might arrive damaged or defective.

In these rare instances, please contact CF Media at info@cfmedia.com or call 1-800-336-3456 for instructions. Upon following our instructions we will gladly ship you a replacement video without charge on receipt of the damaged or defective product and we apologize for any inconvenience.

If, for any other reason, you are unsatisfied with a movie, we cannot accept returns and all sales are final. We do our best to give you information on the videos so you can make informed choices, and we appreciate your understanding and support of Christian films.

Please allow one to three weeks for your returned item to be received and processed. If you expect a return shipment, please allow two to four weeks for the new package to arrive.
