Shipping Information
We have a large inventory and are usually able to ship within 48
hours of receiving an order. Shipping times will depend on the
shipping method you select on checkout. Depending on your
location, regular shipping should deliver your order within
five to ten business days after we receive and process the order.

- Regular Delivery via Priority Mail or UPS requires 1-2 weeks
- Economy Media Mail via the Post Office requires 2-4 weeks
- Express Orders are sent via UPS 2 day delivered by end of day second day. Orders received before 12 Noon PST will be processed that Business Day (excluding weekends and holidays) – we require a physical address to process orders, plus UPS require a signature at delivery site

Canadian Shipping
We accept orders from Canada, please email info@cfmedia.com for pricing. Shipping is done via Airmail and your order should be received within ten business days. However, orders shipped to Canada may experience Customs delays. CF Media cannot be held responsible for Customs delays. Please note that Customs fees may apply.
International Shipping
If you live outside of North America, you should be aware that other video standards exist and tapes purchased within the United States (using the NTSC format) will not play on videotape recorders in other countries using other formats (PAL and SECAM). We do have some titles available in the PAL format (used in much of Europe). If you wish to order a tape in PAL, please call customer service with your request or e-mail info@cfmedia.com.
